Rice is baked in butter and stock then the pomegranate and olive salsa added with the roasted walnuts and almonds.
I dare say im looking forward to this tuck more than the meat

Lamb chops with mint/oil/garlic/salt* drizzle, coleslaw, halloumi stuffed peppers, pot salad, and salad of French beans, onion, radish and olive oil.
