I had Ikea meatballs and Uncle Bens Mexican rice, all done in the microwave, then covered in siracha.

It was shit. FML.

I don’t get the love for siracha. It’s sort of ok, but not hot enough, or garlicky enough. It’s just a bit meh.

Mind you, i use tabasco in lieu of vinegar on chips, so i might have desensitisation issues.

Prawn korma with onion, red pepper and spinach, made with Pataks Korma paste and a tin of coconut milk. I’m sorry I didn’t hand grind the spices from scratch or pick the fucking coconuts,
