I was watching a show called Living on the Veg the other Sunday and decided to make a Shepherd’s Pie they showed. Lots of Puy lentils, minced mushrooms, sun dried toms and plenty of other flavours. Pleasantly surprised by both the taste and texture.

Yes that’s how I make a Shepherds Pie too.

The puy lentil plus other bits and bobs mix goes even better in a veggie moussaka :+1:

I’ve put a container of surplus filling in the freezer so will do something else with that. It is a satisfying thing to eat though.

Beef with green pepper and black bean sauce with long grain rice and prawn crackers.

Straight out of B&M I’m afraid - bloody nice though.

fuck me, baked shredded wheat in marmite broth is a thing
