Yup. It was freshly churned. It had just come out of the Lidl ice cream maker (basic but good). Ice cream is better a bit melted, you taste it better. The left overs will go into the freezer and be hardened up.
The recipe is for a frozen custard (Ice cream).

Pork men - I want to have a go at the famous 18hr Pulled Pork recipe. Can any of you supply the recipe so I can fuck it up all on my own. Do I need to brine it before? What temp do I use for 18hrs?
