I’d grill the bacon and sausages. I prefer them done that way. Could you even consider that? I don’t find fried food any tastier do you?
Yes, they were grilled. I grill most things, but if i have to fry anything (usually for better sealing) i use a non-stick pan with no fat.
How do you fry fried eggs with no fat? or are those grilled as well?
With one of these - no fat required.
Also try a splash of water and tight lid. Coddled eggs are great.
