Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

With brown lentil dal (not much left), mixed veg sabji (not much left), rajma masala, coriander chutney, garlic chutney.

Good way to get an interesting dinner with minimal effort. Tomorrow night I’ll have a little bit of the rajma masala left and 2/3rds of the aubergine. Pad that out with a simple tadka dal and another veg thing.

Never actually done this, but definitely on my list of things to try

you should it is really simple - some full fat milk a few teaspoons of lemon juice and a few hours

Done again for the NYE meal. Thinking about it, apart from the slightly refined nature of a terrine it is prime AA food. You mix meat with meat, put layers of that either side of meat and wrap the whole thing in meat.

New Year Ottolenghi recipe: Tah Chin (Iranian rice cake with chicken and pistachio) plus Courgette and Walnut Yogurt and Slapped Cucumber salad
