Was the dough much easier to stretch?

Looks a good size mind and delicious

It was a bit of a crappy picture. I’ve put a better one in. Loo (Paul) has re-sent me the instructions as given him by the pizza restaurant owner so I’ll try those next time. This dough was made using the Jamie Oliver recipe although yes, it is noticeably less prone to springing back. Even this way it does make a really nice base though.

The above has drops of olive oil on the dough then passata smeared all over with the back of a spoon. A slight sprinkling of salt, chilli flakes, grated parmesan, slices of chorizo, blobs of mozarella & then adding chopped basil after cooking.

I had spanish coconut flan for afters. Forgot to get a pic. Will try and remember tomorrow.

This…

70% beef, 30% pork, Long Crendon Black bacon (those at Lopwell and Jon may remember), Montgomery cheddar, a neighbour’s egg, homemade chilli sauce, Aussie BBQ sauce and some green stuff.
