I have heard B&W DM2 many times, they boogie along quite nicely and certainly suit rock music
Oh no , Please don’t tempt me
Who is bringing vinyl and or CD’s ?
Several of us, I expect
I’m going to bring a few bits of kit, just in case.
I’ll bring some vinyl along. Not saying you’re are going to like any of it. But I’ll bring some.
Given that a certain amount of alcohol will be consumed, they aren’t such a bad idea.
I know , Bit I am not bringing my oil rig TT .

It is to firkin heavy.
Fly killer? Does it attract flies? You may have a deceased creature trapped in there.
I have nothing against CDs
Ah, M. le pédant. I must have been half asleep when I read it
Most people chose to understand what you meant.
Rob
If there isn’t an AA member who would use these my mate would love them.
I’ve helped him upgrade to his new AT turntable and sorted out his kit issues. He’s using some bundled all in one system speakers at the moment with the cheap bell wire soldered in.
I can obviously take them home after….
Sold
For a good home. And someone who is starting out and welcomes all the help!
What else does he need Steve?
He has got a new AT deck into what I think is a Denon all on one thing.
I’m trying to avoid him slipping down a rabbit hole!
He has some lovely first presses from the 80s but the system is pretty much a cheap starter. I suspect a decent integrated would be ideal. Or it’s everything!
He’s just really enjoying playing his music again and the kit isn’t that important to him (never been there! Bit afraid of leading him on a path…).
No flies on me , I detest them , Yuck
See how it goes then.
The dm2 isn’t a difficult drive, but a Denon all in one…
