Hopefully Psvane as that’s what’s in the amp just now and they sound great. 
They were worth a punt and, along with the EH I got from Mike, gives me a couple of pairs to swap about now.

I’ve been quite surprised and pleased with this in the last few days. Up until then I had been running it using the Standard (full feed-forward) filter and it was decent enough, perfectly listenable but nowt special.
Upon the arrival of a full function remote a few days ago, I gained access to the filter options and after some experimentation I am now using filter #3 (plane) - a re-quantization noiseless direct 8fs filter with a very soft LPF curve and the difference is marked, a much more dynamic and vibrant presentation which plays nicely to the Triangle’s strengths.
Colour me impressed.

Finally got around to installing the 300Hz Iwata horns expertly 3d printed for me by @Adpully .

I’ve been using my Vitavox S2 drivers for many years via some smaller 400 Hz tractrix horns from Stereolab (Germany) but have always known they could give a good deal more if allowed to play a little lower.
These horns allow the crossover to move down to ~500Hz from about 700 and it’s meant I’ve had to curb the output of the straight horn beneath with a series inductor (2.6mH) so they aren’t summing too much. Anyhow, measures well and sounds a great deal better than before.
I’m still resisting the move into digital crossovers, I also like being able to play it all off one amplifier if I choose to.

Part of me also thinks, if I’ve taken the trouble to find a nice r2r tape or well made lp I’d still rather hear it undigitised, luddite that I am.
Need to get Andy to print me some nice supports for the JBL tweeters now!

Will you be using a 45 triode amplifier with those Guy , can’t remember if you built one or not?
He’s soon getting his own 2405s, so you don’t even need to be his guinea pig now!
I did some for the 2405s that he can take and use as inspiration or landfill as appropriate.
