Had an email from Presto this morning saying that they are now available on Wiim streamers as well.
Saw that, but I don’t have one of those either (and I would need at least a Pro for the coax output). Might as well run it off a spare phone as my little iFi thing can do USB-SPDIF from one at the required rates.
I suspect there is a snowball’s chance of it ever turning up on LMS.

Speaker geezer contacted me yesterday. He’s had few issues with components or lack of availability thereof.
I had a long chat with him, and it was decided that, while he’ll keep my deposit, we have suspended the order.
He is of the mind that these units will overdrive the sort of properties we were looking at. Once I told him about the place we have today, he said that I should either stick with what I have (AE Radiance 2) and he would build me a suitable sub, or he’d build a bigger ‘sealed’ stand mounted.
As the container with all my gear won’t arrive until late November, there’s plenty of time to talk things over with him.
He is a decent bloke, and loves an oaky Shiraz.

Thank you. It looks fab and is in absolutely ace condition. I was looking for a decent sounding, unusual, nice looking Japanese DD TT to replace my SP-10 and TTS-8000 TT’s. I think I may have found it.

But presumably when they were trying to look futuristic (case in point, the 9700 tuner I used to have). Shame they have apparently turned into sub-Argos level tat.
It sounds pretty good as is Wayne, even with it’s nondescript cart and single bolt mount headshell. Not quite up there with the Techie or Sony, but perfectly easy to live with. I think it will sound decent when I put a half decent cart on it.
