Smart shoes aka Dr Cunties Cunty shoe emporium

Now purchased.

Thanks (or not, depending) for your input chaps :+1:

You won’t get better for the money. The £129 ones are a mega bargain. Daks are a high quality old school tailor based in Jermyn St Mayfair. They wouldn’t stock poor quality shoes. Any Trickers will be better than Loake for example.

Plus I don’t think any Trickers would use leather that wasn’t of a very high quality. They use calf skin sometimes.

Yep, think I’ve done O K

I’ve just ordered the chestnut derbys in an 8 and a 9. I can try both sizes and return one pair (probably the 9s).

The pair of Trickers I have I’ve found uncomfortable but that may have been due to two corns on my little toes. I’ll give them another go. If anyone wants a 9 let me know as I’ll probably return them.

Actual Trickers in TKs, fair few on there

Tk maxx Trickers have arrived.

Have you got small feet or is that camera perspective?

The shoes are a 9.

Second pair. Need to decide if I’m keeping any of them. Such a good price though.

Don’t wear them out in public with turned up jeans, guessing you know that though being a fashion guru :sunglasses:

Would keep the first pair myself.

If I need any tips I’ll let you know.

I’ve kept my size 10 Oxfords, coz of bargain reasons.

I fear the same reason might apply to me.

What’s wrong with turned up jeans?

Nothing with the right footwear

Its a selvedge affectation.

But as everyone has selvedge or some fake version it is a little passé

Though I still keep mine turned up as it is Japanese woven cotton. Not that anyone cares.

I do.

I think the chunkier one in the top pic is pretty good with denim.

I roll up my jeans all the time beats having to shorten them! :joy:
