Yeah the amp is getting duties in this set up because I prefer my Sony based SIT monoblocks with the horns in the lounge, and so this one is at least getting some use, and its a nice match with the DHT pre.
The records are actually further away from the radiator than it appears on the photo, and anyway its mostly switched off.

First time in probably 2 years that I have played a record, TT was in a cupboard but thanks to Dave @octh I now have a phonostage.
Not sure about this getting up every 20 minutes though.

Using a sub will make a big difference to them I would imagine.
It sure does. The TA’s needed something which was fast and the small REL is perfect for the small room.

Just played with adding the Velodyne Microvee sub. Doddle to set up and adjust from either sub or Wiim end.
Wasn’t sure it was making enough difference, and then switched the sub off - oh where dat bass go?
