I’ll be having a go at these
I think I’ll make the Bush with an M3 thread tapped into it then the bush can be screwed onto an M3 screw making it the correct profile.
I think that would work.
I’m struggling to think why you would do that? Why not just make a shouldered bolt?
I don’t have a lathe only 3axis machine so I’ll make the bushes by interpolating them.
Quite difficult to make a bolt on 3axis machine if I had a lathe it would be easy.
