When the Cyrus arrived for review, I realised inside of an hour that I needed to own it. It is absurdly good (and having since discovered who did the circuit that’s less of a surprise to me than it once was). Having four inputs is probably useless for everyone else but quite handy for me too.
In terms of other candidates; Musical Fidelity makes the M6 Vinyl which is very good and the Rega Aura is fucking outstanding; realistically the unit I’d buy for my ‘ultimate acceptance of my Flat Earth destiny system.’
