Lopwell is more of a bring your Speedos and / or kayak sort of event. I might go for a gentle wander, but not very far.
There will be a walk at Settle but that might be too easy for you!

Perhaps not the best directly from Lopwell but a short drive up the road you can get into the tor walks. (Not volunteering due to fat, playing records, cake reasons).
