I’m in, bunkhouse this year
Thank you. I did wonder why there wasn’t a footbridge in such an obvious location for a footbridge.
That’s the guts of the journey, the rest of it is commuter puffers.
Around high tide you can’t walk over but most of the time you can. It’d be very easy to collect you from Bere Alston station (or Plymouth) if it is going to be high tide when you arrive
I’m tentatively in please, for the car park.
Better still, cadge a lift there and back from someone who’s going from the London area
I’d like to come, but at the moment I can’t even commit to something next week, let alone in June.
In the unlikely event that it works out then I promise to bring dangerous whisky. This is wholly altruistic you understand.
It’s usually dangerous people near whisky…
Sadly, doesn’t work for me (again!) but next year I’m free regardless of dates
Day boarder please to remind of payment info
Bunkhouse space please.
Bunkhouse space please
I’m a probable for the car park.
Maybe sometime you can host one in the Channel Islands, just to make it a bit more accessible
Members have attended from the Shetlands
Please organise something in Edinburgh or Glasgow. I’ll be there with my (very shiny) boots blacked.
Twice!
I will be making a phone call tomorrow to see if my friend can come up from Fife to look after the girls and if she’s game, I’m in.
I’m working on a project that may make something like that very possible.
Car park please
The history of Lopwell simply goes back to realizing we missed the other forums get together at Scalford. In honest appraisal 85% of the joy was derived from being a social thing rather than Hifi thing.
Lots of ideas were mooted from curry house take overs to stately home hire. In true Devon style the most cut budget venue was found, beyond any actual thought it turned out to be weirdly perfect.
Flights from Scotland to Exeter or Newquay are doable.
