Saturday Night Dinner Vote

Got a few ideas I was going over with @Stepmotheratomicbomb for things I could do for Saturday evening. Figured we could put it to a vote. Thereā€™s money in the kitty for each of them, and the workload is fine for me to do solo, so donā€™t worry about those as factors, just go with the option youā€™d enjoy eating most.

  1. Pork belly (none of this unrendered fat bullshit that far too many places do). Cider cream sauce, celeriac remoulade, butter fried sweetcorn.
  2. Cote de Boeuf. Green peppercorn sauce, something like a green salad with homemade vinaigrette.
  3. Confit Duck. The Eleven Madison Park Citrus Sauce, braised red cabbage, garlic green beans.

Probably do all of them with confit new potatoes, Iā€™m not doing triple cooked chips for 26!

I canā€™t deal with cream, white sauces, remoulade, anything mayo, etc.
Iā€™d prefer the duck or beef and any sauce thatā€™s darker.

They are all fantastic options and Iā€™ll be happy just to be fed! Itā€™s amazing you are offering a choice to be honest!

(Just a quick edit - thatā€™s a preference thing not a dietary need! Canā€™t deal was not quite literal!).
