A cunt supervisor.
There is an arrangement in place that sees me managing fatigue by using Public Transport direct from the last stop.
It means I get something close to a decent night’s sleep before; Y’know driving a bus with people on board.
Our rota is shite. It has split rest days and a ridiculous mixture of really short straight through duties and long duties which today is around 12 hours.
It is 18:15 now and I am on the way home. Fuck knows when I get back. Would have been around 19:00.
I’ll be up tomorrow for 03:30.
The cunt supervisor is due a massive bollocking.
Now I did raise all of my concerns re: H&S risk of fatigue, etc with what passes for a Health and Safety Officer.
Over a fucking year ago. Fuck all done. Id push it harder but I’m fucking off soon, so bollocks to it.
The cunts wonder why they have difficulties getting jobs covered and retaining staff.

That doesn’t seem right. Surely you have to have a certain break between shifts? Or are they taking the piss and (just) within the guidelines?

You should definitely do that.
But experience suggests that if they haven’t already worked it out for themselves, it will take a serious incident to persuade them.
It all comes back to the first rule of management: Don’t be a cunt.
Not being a cunt is a really useful part of any manager’s skillset.
I’ve got a long way by not promoting cunts.
Edit: admittedly, not as far as some of the cunts who slipped through the net, but that just proves the theory.

Having replied to simply say prove it, I got a long waffling reply which had no intention of doing anything of the kind and repeating their intention to take me to court on behalf of their client.
I’ve said cool see you in court where you will have to provide proceedings with evidence that I visited and overstayed 3 years ago, as long as you have that then you won’t be liable for the court costs which I assume your client will regard as your liability.

Sounds like they bought the debt from Shell, probably for a few quid. If they buy a thousand such debts they only have to make a small percentage stick and they are quids in.

What baffles me is why any sane person would want to share a confined space like an art gallery with such fucking loons - let 'em have it to themselves FFS.

I don’t think you can argue the entire concept is not an art installation (arguing what is / isn’t art is notoriously tricky after all), but it seems pretty clear that the exhibition as a whole was more than just upstart interior decoration.
The chap who brought the case in the first place also warrants a massive twat to the gonads for missing such a basic and obvious point too.
Except with occasional Andrew Tate shaped legitimate reasons.
