Ha! Ive gone and done a JB haven’t I?
Reported.
Sincerest form of flattery I believe
Not news.
I see today that our posties have a brand new fleet of Peugeot E-Expert vans, CIIIR emblem and everything.
@Rob998 I think you need to riot if you don’t get a shiny 74 plate milk float.
I’m driving around in a 71 E-Expert, with Brenda’s logo on it. Barely an unscathed panel on it, and because the jet wash at work hasn’t worked since lockdown, it’s turning a lovely streaky green.
Having seen the posh new ones parked up, a regular petrol 71 plate rolled past me as I walked further up the road.
Around here every panel is mashed in
I love Winter ! Really fucking love it.
At sensible temps, my commute uses 17-20% one way depending on traffic and conditions.
In the current spate of chillyness I’m using 30%.
Yep ! Fucking love Winter I do !
Easily solved by buying a proper car.
Proper = equally inefficient all year round?
Proper = Mini Cooper S, the fastest and most reliable car in the world.
Thanks for reminding us that petrol cars are unaffected by physics, Mike. Really well done.
To recap the situation: can Terry get to work in his car?
Summer: yes.
Winter, yes but with a bit more charging at home after each day.
The DT’s range is 30% down atm. Beyond overnight charging every 3 days rather than 4 it is of no consequence.
Yep. That’s it in a nutshell
We have different problems of course, only one charger, 1.5 floats and no spare solar means that we might have to charge up the GTE flauxt on daytime electricity sometimes.
Night shifts are Daytime Tariff for me.
Thoughts and prayers.
