For birthday gifts it looks like the wife basically raided the Whisky Exchange and the Modernist Book Fair which was held at the Vitsœ shop a couple of weeks ago.
I feel seen, but I have to admit that I love this kind of pamphlet / zine. They’re not big, but so much care and thought goes into the contents, the paper, the printing, the typeface.

The publishers are just up the road in Penge and come across as being maybe a little nuts.
I had a great 2CD compilation put together by him (David Toop, not Dr John). Maybe called Ocean of Sound?
It said as much about the well curated the tiny record shop around the corner (Avalanche in Edinburgh) as it did about the subject matter.
Ocean of Sound is also a book by Toop.
I went to buy this (guide to filling one’s fat little face in the south west)
but found that it’s 50% off if I wait until tomorrow. So there’s a tip for you (and me).
