I let mine lapse (yea bad boy, I know), the online tax was also up and i couln’t find the fucking V5. What a world of pain that was, luckily the old codger running the local post Office new his way round the system allowing me to pay the tax. DVLA were no fucking help at all.

It seems that my Seat Leon ST Ecomotive has a self destructing coolant reservoir thing. This blocks up lots of things and requires around a grand to repair.
Thank fuck I am not paying the bill.

Similar happened to me when I was much much younger, forgot to do the MOT and got given a producer. I ended up with a massive fine and 6 points for driving without valid insurance and MOT (I still remember the penalty code on my licence was IN10)
