Not getting a catheter inserted for a urodynamics test. The nurse tried twice and the doctor once.
Seriously pissed off as had to stop some medication for the two weeks leading up to it which has had some unfortunate effects.

Not much else to do there to be honest, we went to The National Blues Museum but the city as a whole was very quiet.

Tidying up the garage.
We did the same during lockdown, but thereâs been a lot of backsliding, and given what a square foot of That London costs I donât think that âstorage for empty shoeboxesâ is the most efficient use of space.
The only empty shoebox I own is the one used to house the shoes I am currently wearing.
All the rest are full of shoes (on shoe trees and in shoe bags obvs)

Yesterday was my first decent walk since spraining an ankle 5 weeks ago. Led an 8 mile circuit with friends up on the eastern edges above Ladybower reservoir. I was slow, but got round without problem. Much better weather than the previous few days, thankfully.
