Spiny Norman’s place
Haven’t any of you seen a feature wall before? Hardly radical.
I’ve seen forests, beach huts, and sky scenes. The animal theme suits it.
Not seen one in a domestic setting, though.
What I haven’t seen before is dull, boring, dull, boring… massive fucking hedgehog!!!
That’s not a hedgehog, it’s a HEDGEGOD.
House - yes. Akron - nope.

Underrated post
Why are you even looking at Ohio?
If you’re going to go for Akron this maybe more suitable. Plenty of room for horns.
Oof, house and location.
But price
Also (unfortunately) too many badly made and crumbling secondary schools using the same exterior design language.
That’s just lovely!
Assuming the location is premium (I’m a Northern Monkey, so no idea ) it still seems like a lot of money for a bulldozer ready project!
It is indeed a premium location.
TBH for that size and that location I think the price is low, factoring in the work it will need. I’m guessing that someone has grown old and eventually died there.
There will be plenty of people who do like the modernist style and have deep enough pockets.

Well, it is near Norfolk
Some entertaining interiors here, particularly the bathroom.
Like the kitchen. That bathroom can do one.
£900k in North Wales. Hahahaha.
Holy shit, for some reason I read it as £375k
Yeah it’s quite a property, but they’re in a dreamworld if they think they’re going to get that kind of money for it up there.
Also looks like it wouldn’t suit anyone over about 5’6"
It’s a fairly pretty part of North Wales there (it’s not like they were trying to flog it for that much in somewhere like Rhyl), but yes, it does seem a bit steep.
I still cannot get over just the jarring inconsistency of the mostly very nice old house, with the full on Mondrian kitchen, and then the almost Alice in Wonderland bathroom aesthetic.
