Not to dissimilar to the late Fred Fielder place who my dad was friends with. He was Irlam/Barton Moss way I believe.
Brilliant !
Bulldozer timeā¦
Was probably a nice bungalow when morecombe & wise were popular, and vesta curry was an edgy night in.

I suspect the school locations will not be of interest to any buyer.
Cosy
My guess is you would to spend similar to the asking price to bring it upto scratch. Guessing if you could do it for that,Ā£500.000 is not a bad buy for the area
If the roof isnāt too bad I reckon you could get that nice for Ā£80k
Probably wouldnāt be much in a flip though if it sells for Ā£270k as similar seems to be around Ā£400-450k in that road.
Yes,was thinking more of a do it up and live in it
We did a 3 storey in Plymouth 25 years ago.Turned it into a 8 bed student house, ripping out every wall and ceiling, put in new plumbing and electrics, soundboard ceilings, and stripped all the wooden floors back.New skirtings, self levelling compound for the kitchen and on and on.
I roughly worked out it cost Ā£250,000 to do.
I know building materials have gone nuts since Covid,so would be interested to know how much that bungalow would be to bring it upto date now.
