A nice terrace in leek and you could replicate the look for circa twice your deposit and avoid the pitfalls of āthatā London
I live very close to Isokon, Ā£600k is circa Ā£180k above the local equivalent one bed of that size. However it was restored to a high standard, unlike some of the terrace house conversions which I wouldnāt touch.
