Lovely place. Was it part of a church at somepoint?
There’s lovely for you
Knock out the wall between sitting room
And play room for the gentleman’s lair
Dunno.
Hel loves the look of it and the elevated view over the bay.
I don’t like the 6 bedrooms and grade ii listing
Nice place indeed.
What would you want to change?
Looks great, but listed building, solid walls, huge single glazed windows. I hate to think what the heating bills would be.
Nice view
Shame about the house.
Have you been touched by Hollywood glamour, or just touched in Hollywood? Either way you can indulge in your film star fantasies in this pad…
Only the passive voice allowed in this suite. “One does not bathe, one is bathed.”
Any tradesman who enabled this should be A) peeled alive B) given a medal for god tier trolling.
It’s getting more than a bit Trumpy in this thread recently. It’s time to step back and embrace the less is more interior design ethos.
Adolph Loos - Ornament is a crime.
Ah sir tires of grand opulence and prefers something more stripped back?
Nice views of the Medway on the walls of every room!
St Tropez picture certainly makes the bathroom more homely
Mould Mansion.
More culture on the walls than all the rest of Rochester combined…
What the hell happened to that ?
Almost a full house of things I hate in a house -
- Grey, fucking everywhere
- Buddhas
- Words on walls are not fucking decorative
- Crushed velvet
- More grey
- Chairs with knockers
- LEDs & general harsh lighting
- Shiny shit all over the place
- Even more grey
- Tiled floor in living room that looks like paving slabs
- Random bits of garish colour (trying but failing to break up the endless grey)
- Mirror glass frames and furniture
