Las Vegas apparently has more Catholic Churches than casinos. However, given the location, it is a fairly regular occurence that casino chips are put in the offertory.
When this happens, the chips are taken away to a local Franciscan monastery for sorting and returning to the casinos for cashing in, a job done by the chip monks.
