Fusion that’s not so far out there I can enjoy it (from the couple of tracks I just listened to).

I think you might like the D-Stringz Trio album I just posted too, Richard. Also Tchokola by JLP, my first album of the day. This has a bit of a strongly South African tinged world music vibe, with strong nods to fusion. It is a really accessible album to none jazz-heads too IMV.The two following JLP albums I played are also at the accessible end of the fusion spectrum & also some of my fave JLP stuff.
