Again

Apparently there was no elf n safety during the barn raising. Many many operatives working at height, but no safety equipment or restraining perimeter guard rail. I wont sleep :open_mouth:

Just noticed Viggo Mortensen on the cart in town when Ford gets into a fist fight (most unusual) turns out it is Mortensen’s movie debut aged 27 yrs

Followed by the horror of discovering Lord of the Rings was 19 years ago. :scream:

Detectorists version of the barn raising was better. :grinning:

I was just about to post that.

I have been watching a New Order gig from 1985. Access to the whole site is free. It appears that there is a Yes concert up there, so you might be able to watch the opening drum solo before the 30-day free pass expires

I am taking this lockdown opportunity to catch up on some classic films that I have never seen.
I had a free 7 day pass to MGM which expires on Sunday so decided to watch 3 films before then.
I sent a link to the site to a mate who is a film buff and he sent me back a short list.

A superb film.

Mitchum was a master at playing nasty characters, that is a great film.

Much better as Max Cady in the original Cape Fear than De Niro was in the re-make.

Picard.

Aquaman, epically awful.

Utter genius, sadly flawed.
