She’s still got IT
Couldn’t agree more. It’s absolutely superb!
Had a calf strain from the weekend so no walk today. Instead took Harry to see the Russell Crowe film, Unhinged. Quite an amusing & violent tale of a seriously disgruntled guy having an extreme road rage response to an impatient woman motorist. Crowe basically brings back Walter Sobchak (John Goodman in the Big L) and turns him loose.
Quite an enjoyable 95 minutes, no clever plotting /quirky time travel etc but engaging throughout. If anything it ended too soon. I’d have liked to see another quarter hour of mayhem before the finale.
Saw that a few weeks ago, and while not terrible, thought I was a bit meh.
What did you think of the film though?
Finished up The Boys S2. It hangs together even with Butchers continued appalling accent. S3 is already confirmed.
Will have to check that out.
We’ve just finished Cobra Kai season 2.
It’s very addictive.
I was definitely more meh for watching it.
Cor blimey guv’nah
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri on Film 4 tonight for anyone who hasn’t seen it.
I thought S2 started to feel quite dragged out. Really don’t think there’s enough milage left for a good S3 (though will probably watch it anyway).
The initially amusing cockney, swear box gig is starting to grate. Though it’s ham, it’s funny ham.
I still laughed when. his lad . used the c bomb at the end.
Been running through the Jason Bourne series of films with Sam.
Surely the most rewatchable action film series?
The Hunt for Red October.
Ok we were talking today in work about our top 5 favourite films of all time.

Jaws
Mississippi burning
Blood diamond
