Ideally I need a dedicated iPad for my Wattbike screen.
The gibber says Air2 or more recent, at or above iOS 13.
Condition is completely irrelevant as long as the screen works and it has the spec.
Probably end up with a new one, for multi purpose, but worth a shout.
