My place is now using agile to deliver all projects because they paid some consultants an exorbitant amount of money to create a project management office and I suspect that is all they know.
Months of consultants at ÂŁ1500 per day and they are now all going on agile and kanban courses and running around like headless chickens doing wardley maps.
