I think this was too long for the AAAC. I still haven’t heard it all. I won’t be getting the M&S gift voucher. :cry:

Skipping through the second part, it’s decently melodic in places. The bit at 48 minutes for example.

But then you realise you still have an hour to go…

It’s a lot more conventional and Genesis-y and/or Yes-y than Guilt Machine.

Shame they couldn’t have made a highlights EP. Kept it to 15 minutes or so. That would have suited me better.

Guilt Machine is forever burned into our psyche. I still have nightmares that I am listening to the album. Wake in a cold sweat. Sometimes I swear that I can hear the neighbours playing it in the early hours of the morning when I cannot sleep.
