Firm favourite. Slight variations for me are -
- Hovis seeded loaf
- Heinz 5 Beanz
- Worcester sauce on top then grilled to make the cheese melt

Beans on toast needs Marmite on the toast.

Toast, butter, marmalade with a nice sliced cheddar on top.

Cheese should be melted on beans,not other way round

What do you do? Why is speed so important? Make a big pot of soup then same time to heat in the microwave and you donāt have to āassembleā it so quicker even than the rice cheese and tomato thing
Need is a bit strong but it is a nice variation
I think the punchline is going to be that you eat exactly the same thing for dinner as well

Today was Calnan Brothersā chicken and ham pie with chips.
Some of them are ok - I am trying to remember - I think the uber hot chilli chicken ramen one was ok. The Pho is ok, better than the gloopy pot noodle. The laksa was horrible as were the rice ones. I donāt think I have tried the rice noodle ones.
They are very similar to the bog standard cup noodles you see all over SE Asia - better than pot noodle but not exactly great.
The Itsu ones I have tried were rank.
The Tanpopo (IIRC Waitrose sell them) are quite nice - and close to the ones you get in Japanā¦
