We are having a rather nice Turkish dinner at the Turkish Kitchen opposite the Turan. I would have taken some pictures but we’ve scoffed the lot

Note the slightly deformed bangers - for some unknown reason, the Mrs decided to de-skin them before cooking :thinking:

Made a venison pilaf s’evening, garnished with toasted pistachios. Very pleased with the spicing, kept it simple and aromatic. Nommage.
