Inspired by some recent efforts on here, I glazed a small ham with honey, ginger and mustard and roasted it, made apple, pear and medlar sauce - spiced with star-anise and clove, a pork and bacon (grill pan drippings) gravy, boiled carrots and leeks, and buttery mash - killer good nosh, if I say so myself!
