And Oxfordshire. The sore throat kicked in last thing yesterday (Sun). Is this one going to be brief and really unpleasant or two weeks of low-level sniffling ?

Puffs up just fine. Though only resort to it when the dough is being stubborn. Much more fun stretching.

You can slow prove in the fridge for a few days.

Though if you make the standard ooni dough it’s 5 pizzas. Don’t understand how there could be any left???
