Bit disappointing that after a weekend of drunken porkage I only put on 600g and my blood pressure is a lower-than-usual 104 over 73. Must try harder next time.
Thank fuck for that, the Lopwell Lurgy seems to be abating at last.

Its definitely flour, I’ve done half an ounce and all I’ve got is a headache and I’m hawking up dough balls. I’ve found a use for the Boamigo though!
