Just one of those lucky weeks that rarely happen. Poxy west ham let me down

a much closer week of results, with only 2 points separating @htm_1968 with the wooden spoon and @Ijrussell and @malbec the joint winners, no change overall with @stu remaining well ahead after the mammoth win last time out.

Round 5 starts on Friday evening with Newcastle v Leeds and both teams looking to bounce back from a mauling last time out

My eyes are going I thought that the cap was a roast chicken!

@stu holding onto to top spot, but @htm_1968 closing fast after a strong performance and 12.5 points this weekend/ Wooden spoon to @malbec with 4 points, however I did hardly any better.

Round 6 starts on Saturday lunchtime with Chelsea v Man City, will it go to form and see @chelseadave singing?

chapeau to @Adpully this week, and wooden spoons to @htm_1968 and @malbec
another low scoring round with a lot of unpredictable results leave @stu still comfortably out in front

@Ijrussell and @chelseadave head this week’s results with 11.5 points each, whilst @murrayjohnson receives the wooden spoon with 6 points. The lead which @stu leapt into a few weeks ago continues its slow Jurassic coast style erosion.

Two weeks off now for international matches and quarantined players, matches resuming on 16th with Watford v Liverpool as the lunchtime kick-off

@malbec robbed of 3 points at the death by Lacazette, but otherwise another low scoring week overall.

Round 8 saw @Pan and @sjs joint top scorers with 7 points, and @stu receiving the wooden spoon with 3 points. @Ijrussell continues to eat into @stu 's lead, but otherwise not a lot of changes.

Round 9 kicks off on Friday evening when Aston Villa visit Arsenal.

A bit late on this, but in Round 9 @stu pulled it out of the bag again winning the week with 13.5 points, whilst @chelseadave wins the wooden spoon with 3.5 points

Simon I’ve just looked it up and my total last week was 6 not 3.5 :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Round 10 results saw @sjs top the weekly score with 9.5 points, and @Pan take the wooden spoon with 1.5 points. @stu still leads the way by 11 points from @Ijrussell

:disappointed:

Round 11 was taken by @malbec with 14 points, and wooden spoon taken once again by @sjs with 4.5 point

Overall top 4 all had a pretty bad week scoring below 8, whilst @htm_1968 @murrayjohnson @chelseadave and @malbec all scoring 11 or more

International break for next weekend, so time to consider your next guesses before Leicester host Chelsea for the lunchtime game on Saturday 20th

Round 12 was won by @Pan with 11.5 points to dump @malbec back to the basement. At the top @stu scored 8.5, but @Ijrussell only scored a point more, so the lead remains 11.5 points. @Adpully gets this weeks wooden spoon with 3.5 points and drops below @murrayjohnson

Round 13 kicks off with Arsenal v Newcastle on Saturday lunchtime, both having a point to prove after last weekend.

The first week I didn’t keep an eye on my scores!

I’m slightly ahead of my target! If I beat @stu by 0.5 points per week, I will overtake him just before the end of the season. Plenty of time to go yet. :grinning:

Round 13 incomplete, due to snow in Burnley, but need to update the positions as the next set of matches kick off tomorrow!

Round 13 was led by @sjs with 11 points, whilst @chelseadave picked up the wooden spoon with 4.5 points which enabled @murrayjohnson to go up into 5th

@stu is still in the lead by 11.5 points, but with 25 Rounds still to play, nothing is decided yet.
