Well, my results have been poor most weeks but I found predicting those weeks very easy haha. The pressure is on now as I try to have a perfect second half to the season and win the league, just like the Toon!

Round 25, and the top three in the AA league show why they are the top three… with the crown going to @htm_1968 on 14.5 points, from @murrayjohnson with 13.5 points and @Ijrussell on 12.5 points. The wooden spoon goes to @sjs with 6 points, from @stu and @TonyTheHat on 7 points.
Overall, @htm_1968’s lead extends to 8 points from @Ijrussell and @murrayjohnson who are tied in 2nd place. At the foot of the table, @unclepuncle and @malbec are tied, and 10.5 points behind @Pilgrim
Round 26 kicks off with Friday Night Football when Leicester host Brentford, and finishes with Man city v Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, ahead of a frantic set of mid week matches for Round 27

Overall, @murrayjohnson moves up to 2nd at the expense of @Ijrussell , but remains 11 points behind @htm_1968 out in front. All other positions remain as we were.
Round 27 sees a quick dash through a full set of mid-week matches on Tues to Thurs evening, all to provide shareholder value to BT Sports/ TNT Sports / Discover+ or whatever it is called.

Following a weekend of FA Cup matches, the EPL returns for Round 28 on Saturday 8th March when Notts Forest host Man City for the lunchtime kickoff,
