You can also go to most side streets around Parliament where they still have gas lamps. Also a number in front of Parliament as well.

The other location is Cecil Court and Goodwin Court just off Charing Cross Road.

I also think I remember purple lights which I think turned white eventually.

We’re up there later this week & was planning on having a look at those two.
Also a meandering ramble on Friday from Chancery Lane via Faringdon, Smithfield, Cloth Fair, St Barts, Bank, Leadenhall, St Dunstans, Queenhithe basically taking in as many interesting old sites as possible.
