It’s not what you’ve got, it’s what you do with it.

Devils Penis is only 10/10. Am I the only one that thinks that’s a bit of a shame?

I need to get down there!

Do they have an online shop?

The one I was in was this one

But being Brighton there is not one Chilli shop but two!

this one is just round the corner

Both of them are about 10-15 minutes walk from Simon’s place next time you are down

Used to order from there years ago. Was good, can’t remember why I changed

must remember when we are in Brighton in March

Some interesting ideas here, ignore the veggie if you like, but adding coffee seemed unusual. I also might do this with dried chillies next time…

Felicity Cloake’s perfect vegetarian chilli – recipe

Coffee? :confounded::confounded::confounded:

Bourbon.

Depending on what else you’re throwing in I’ve tried coffee and it will add a bit of flavour but probably needs chocolate to balance it.

Needs marzipan :+1:

Pretty sure I put coffee in the last one I made, which you enjoyed! No fish though, or mushrooms… :+1:

Chilli is nice on a hot cross bun.

Missed a trick there. Could also have snuck a crafty pineapple in.

Now have the chilli want :yum:

Will make a veggie one tonight which might have the purists shuddering and contain various beans (black, pinto, borlotti), aubergine, peppers, quinoa and mushrooms ( :scream:). Serve with brown rice, fresh guacamole and a sweetcorn salsa.
