Might be worth a day trip over to Air Salvage International, lots of lovely 74s available here after the events of the last year.

I like the Tupolev - nice’n’complete, but for maximum neighbour-aggravation, I’d prefer a 747, also - more room for me when Sam kicks me out :+1:

Got a faint notion that planning permission may prove tricky…

Be great for bakeoffs, and if you opened up the pressure hull at the back and removed the APU, you could build a mahoosive horn system in to it.

You know it makes sense.

Remove a noisy, smelly way of generating my own power? >insert @Jim joke <

Things just got slightly silly.

Classed as a temporary structure?

Think it’s a much tested corner of planning law and boils down to needing to be maintained in a functional state such that it can move under its own power…

Fine by me, but perhaps a smidgin beyond my resources, annoyingly.

It’s just a parked car really

Ah, best avoid a Boeing then :rofl::rofl:

It’s not beyond hope that one might fall out of the sky into the paddock at some point, it does seem to be what Boeing does best…

yes but it will land in many pieces, mostly on fire

Your negativity, tho…
