Also Kelleher would be mad to leave just so he gets regular football. He’s already had more amazing moments in his career than 99% of goalkeepers.
Look at Ramsdale - left Arsenal to join Southampton but how much fun, success and memories he can tell his grandkids about is that bringing him?
He will be able to tell them he played at Stoke, Norwich and Blackburn next season

6-1 away defeat to Norwich on Tuesday and 4-0 away to Bristol city today.
Hate to say it but I can’t see Rooney turning it around with this team. Woefully backed by the board and with practically the first team out injured I can’t see how things improve in time to save him.
The jury is definitely still out on Rooney as a manager , but this board are undoing all their good work over the last 4 years.
