Odd then really. Why bother changing unless you have a reason? Sounds like you have a faulty Samsung GPS, that’s the problem.
Its an bit of an assumption. As im enjoying the Macbook it maybe makes sense to go to iphone?
I dont think that is an odd idea.
I’ve not used Android in a fair while, but I suspect that per se, anything you can do on one you can do on the other. The difference is how well / easily you can get all these things working as you want.
And contrary to what Rob said earlier, there’s a yawning gulf in terms of privacy between Apple and Android. It’s a bit like saying me and Freddy Mercury are both singers…
Maybe, but you can’t really compare Windows and Android. Android actually works and doesn’t make you occasionally laugh out loud at how crap it is. There is a privacy advantage to iPhone, but not much else IMO.
The hardware side can be a thing; iPhones are great but you really pay for the pleasure. Now that the likes of HTC and LG have pulled out of the market the only premium Android phones are Samsung and Google, really. I don’t like Samsung for several reasons, and I personally begrudge Google charging so much as they get so much data info to sell!
Anyway ignore me, I just use cheap Chinese phones that I won’t cry about when I drop them.
Which is the better analogy in this singer?
You been at the diesel oil again?
Just a little splash with my Cinzano
You always were a man of impeccable taste
Indeed.
I have both but my personal phone is an iPhone. Android is for development only.
The best way I put my feelings (totally arbitrary by the way) is that I’m perfectly comfortable having my financial information and banking apps on my iPhone. Fuck that noise on an android.
Also the non Apple stores will not get a glance from me when the mandate lands also for security reasons.
There’s probably little in it really but the fact that any old shite can be side loaded on a droid makes me have zero trust in it.
Based on that, my next device is likely to be an Apple thingy…
Im leaning towards an Iphone 15 pro.
It seems like they do what they do very well.
All the apparent pros of android are things i dont really use.
Quite amusing that people still think there is any real data protection on either device. We sign up, we are the product.
Grabbed an iphone 15 pro max today. So far i like.
I did it and don’t regret it.
Using a Mac for work made it an easier choice and they work so well together. The integration is so good.
Same path as me, Mac for work was my introduction
The 5-0 use Macs now?
