Can’t stand the stuff myself, overly sweet and poor chocolate IMO.

Usually I make bechamel sauce for my lasagne but had some mascarpone that needed using so I tried it with that instead. Mature cheddar + parmesan on top. The garlic bread should see off any vampires for a few days.

Chicken Kiev with skin on roasties, roast carrots and sprouts and fried cabbage.
Also, some coleslaw was involved.
Chicken Tikka starter last night, so Chicken Tikka Masala tonight with prawn and mushroom rice and Jan’s Nan breads.
All cooked from scratch. We are now stuffed.
