Not strictly a meal but…

Mango chutney.

Yesterday soaked in salt and water for 24 hours.

Vinegar, 1 lb sugar, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, raisins and pitted dates.

Cooked for 2 hours.

Gives this.

Be ready to eat in a couple of months.

Burrito-things for lunch. Leftover black beans and chipotle salsa from last night, fried potatoes and shallots, scrambled eggs with spring onions, smoked salt and salted pepper berries, and emmental.

For scale the board is 2 ft long

5 hour rolled pork belly, saute potatoes with shallots, salad of long beans, broad beans, peas, charred courgette and onion with mint, preserved lemon and feta…mustard seed and cider sauce
