BBQ lamb kofta, Carrot with caraway and harisa, Yoghurt with spinach and garlic, green beans stewed with tomato and chilli, and a cucumber, spring onion, feta and dill salad

I’m making a simple stir fry tonight using smoked tofu as the protein, cubed and roasted on a sheet pan to give it a crisp exterior before adding to the stir fry.

Tofu? Isn’t being in death row torture enough?

It’s a good one. Adding half the meat at a later stage for the textural contrast is a nice touch. Can’t recall doing that before.

Game tagine. Whole (jointed) pheasant, diced breast of duck and partridge, venison haunch. Slow cooked in Madeira. Served with air-fried chips. Slightly beige, but fucking delish! :heart_eyes:
