What’s the advantage of cooking them in the air fryer rather than the oven?

Chicken breasts stuffed with tarragon and mozzarella wrapped in pancetta are really nice.

Bet that would be knockout with your bacon instead of pancetta.

Not a lot John, the air-fryer is just a tiny fan-oven really.
I like it because it’s more controllable - it’s easy to get the chicken juicy on the inside with the bacon crisped up on the outside :+1:

BBQ was on to roast/smoke some aubergine for some Baba Ganoush, so decided to cook lunch too. So sirloin steak, haloumi, sliced aubergine (rubbed in honey and cumin), and chips…
