Is the bacon such that you can’t eat shop bought now?

I sliced up the second one today. It was better than the first, but I’ve not tried smoking it yet. It’s very tasty but Ann prefers smoked bacon, so I’ll try that on the next one.
One thing I really like is the way the rind turns into crackling, it adds another dimension to a bacon sarnie :ok_hand:
